6 English muffins 4 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. garlic salt Slice English muffins in half and place on a baking sheet. Melt butter, then use a silicone brush to spread evenly over the English muffins. Sprinkle each with garlic salt. Broil under a high broiler for 5-7 minutes, turning pan every few minutes for even toasting. (Watch carefully.) NOTE: Add shredded cheese or/and herbs during last few minutes of broiling, if desired. Submitted by: Carol | |
