CARAMEL CINNAMON ROLLS
2 frozen loaves bread
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

This is enough for both loaves of bread.

Let bread raise, if frozen 6 hours, if thawed raise for 4 hours in slightly greased pan with damp cloth over top and in a warm place. Roll bread out one at a time into an 18 x 10 inch square. Melt butter and use some to brush top of square. Mix sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle top of square to absorb butter. Roll square long ways like a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch pieces. In 9 x 13 inch pan, cover bottom with melted butter. Use half of the brown sugar and sprinkle over butter. Then sprinkle pecans over brown sugar. Place cinnamon rolls on nuts and leave a little space between each piece. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out of oven and flip upside down.

Note: you can refrigerate overnight and bake in the morning.
