CARAMEL OR CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast (compressed)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 eggs, beaten

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup water (warm), add 1 teaspoon sugar. Put sugar, salt and eggs in large bowl. Add butter to 1 cup of water, bring to boiling, take off burner and add one cup cold water and add to bowl, then add yeast. Let rise until double in size, punch down to make rolls, divide in half, grease counter with butter. Make oblong about 1/2" thick. Butter thin layer, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll, cut in 1" pieces. Arrange in pans, let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost cinnamon rolls with powdered sugar frosting.

CARAMEL FROSTING:

1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar

Bring to a boil, put in bottom of cake pan.
