CAESAR SALAD 
2 heads torn Romaine lettuce
4 oz. olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 egg (cottled), soft boiled
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 strips crisp bacon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. any type croutons

Place Romaine in a bowl. Sprinkle on cheese, mustard, salt and pepper, then egg and crumbled bacon. Mix and blend together.

Blend together oil, lemon juice, garlic, and pour over salad. Lightly mix. Serve croutons on top or blend.
