CAESAR SALAD 
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard, prepared
1 raw egg or 1/4 c. Second Choice Egg Substitute
8 tbsp. olive oil
Romaine lettuce
Croutons
Parmesan cheese

In a wooden bowl mash garlic and salt. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well. Break raw egg, beat well and add oil. Tear lettuce into bite-size. Mix croutons with lettuce and pour dressing over the mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and stir. I began using the egg substitutes and they work just as well as the raw egg. Makes enough dressing for 4 or 5 salads.
