CAESAR SALAD 
2 heads Romaine lettuce, washed & broken
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. Accent (MSG)
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Crumbled bleu cheese (half of wedge)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Croutons (opt.)

Mix oil, Accent, salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic thoroughly. Blend in bleu cheese. Let dressing set at least 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle Romaine with Parmesan cheese, then pour dressing over top and toss until evenly coated. Place croutons on top if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
