LARRY'S QUICK RAISIN BRAN
MUFFINS
 
3 c. pure cane sugar
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
4 c. all purpose flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15 1/2 oz.) box Raisin Bran

Mix all together, blend well dip batter into paper cups muffin pan 1/2 full. Preheat oven and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown on top.

Store batter in sealed jar or bowl in refrigerator. Can last up to 6 weeks dip out what you need and eat em up!
