LARRY'S FAVORITE DRIED CORN 
1 c. Cope's dried corn
2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash salt
1/4 c. milk

Soak corn in water at least 1 hour; add sugar and salt. Cook until almost all liquid is absorbed (20-30 minutes). Add milk and heat, or cook until milk is absorbed. Tastier if allowed to stand (refrigerated) overnight before adding milk and reheating to serve.
