KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 pkg. soft tortillas
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 can black olives, chopped
1 chicken, boiled and broken into bite-size pieces
1 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish; dip tortillas in hot chicken broth. Line bottom of dish with tortillas. Sprinkle with onion, bell pepper, olives; add chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with chili powder on top.

Mix 2 cans of soup with 3/4 can of chicken broth. Pour over casserole. Top with tomatoes. Bake 40 minutes. I make it in the microwave on HIGH for about 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
