TABULLAH 
1 1/2 c. cracked wheat
4 lg. tomatoes, chopped
6 scallions, chopped
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 lg. green peppers, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 buds garlic, minced
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. olive oil
Juice of 2 - 3 lemons

Soak wheat in warm water at least 1 hour. Chop vegetables. Drain wheat and press out excess liquid. Toss with vegetables, tomato sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.
