SUPER SALAD 
5 c. cooked macaroni (elbow)
3/4 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
3/4 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 hard boiled eggs, crumbled
4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled

Toss above to combine. Serve on bed of lettuce and spinach leaves.

SALAD DRESSING:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
