CINNAMON APPLESAUCE 
4-6 McIntosh apples
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. or more red cinnamon candies

Peel and chop apples. Combine apples, water and cinnamon candies in saucepan. Cook over low to medium heat until candies melt and apples are soft. May have to add more water or candies to make red color. Good with pork chops or pork roast. Applesauce may be stored in refrigerator and served hot or cold.
