CINNAMON APPLESAUCE REVEL 
2 pkgs. lemon flavored gelatin
1/2 c. red cinnamon candies
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice (or ReaLemon)
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin and candies in boiling water. Stir in applesauce and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Stir in walnuts. Pour into 6x10x1 1/2 inch dish.

Spoon whipped cream on top and swirl the cream through gelatin. Chill until firm. Cut in squares. Delicious with ham or pork chops.
