BUSY DAY LASAGNE 
1 lb. lean ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce with sausage
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. lasagne noodles, uncooked
1 sm. carton ricotta cheese
1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Brown meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown and onion tender. Drain off fat. Add Prego sauce and water to meat mixture. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

In long deep baking dish, spread small amount of sauce. Make 1 layer of noodles, ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and sauce. Then, continue layers of noodles, sauce and Mozzarella cheese, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until noodles are tender.
