LAZY DAY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
Kojack or Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and onions; drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce and some oregano for taste. Using a 9 x 13 inch pan, put some sauce mixture on bottom of pan. Then add 3 dry noodles on top. Spoon cottage cheese, more spaghetti sauce, 3 more dry noodles, some cheese, noodles, sauce and cheese. Pour 1/2 cup water around edge of pan. Put lid on pan or tin foil, when baking. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let set 10 minutes before eating.
