HOT ROLL MIX 
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. hot water

Mix together until sugar is dissolved and shortening melts. Cool to lukewarm. Add: 2 pkg. yeast 1/2 c. warm water 7 c. flour

Mix all together with enough flour to make a soft ball. Will be a little sticky. Place covered in refrigerator overnight. One hour before baking, make into shapes desired: cloverleaf, parkerhouse, dinner rolls, etc. Allow to rise for 1 hour. Bake 15 to 25 minutes, depending on shape and size, at 350 degrees. Dough will keep 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
