EASY SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 1/4 lbs. Italian sausage
4 lg. potatoes
2 lg. green peppers
1 lg. onion
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 pepper

Cut sausage links into pieces. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Cut peppers and onion into large chunks. In a baking pan, combine all ingredients and toss until well coated. Bake in preheated oven (375 degrees) for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and lightly browned. Stir occasionally during cooking to mix juice through the sausage and potatoes. Serves 6.
