HEARTS OF PALM SALAD 
1 can drained palm hearts
1 can drained pineapple chunks
1 c. chopped dates
1 or 2 sliced bananas
Lettuce

DRESSING:

1 pt. lime sherbet
1 pt. pineapple sherbet
1/4 c. mayonnaise
7 oz. chunky peanut butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix dressing ingredients together and freeze. When ready to serve, mix salad ingredients together and place one scoop of dressing in each serving of salad.
