SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
1 c. melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 1/3 c chopped parsley
4 1/2 tsp. paprika
5 dashes cayenne pepper
2/3 c. cooking sherry
2 c. bread crumbs
5 to 6 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp

Place shrimp in casserole dish - cover with mixture (layer). Bake 25 minutes (or more) at 325 degrees.
