1 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon or almond extract
3 c. sour cream

Leave all ingredients at room temperature.

Beat all ingredients in order given. Pour in 8 inch cheese cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees center rack. Let stand in oven (after current turned off) for 1 hour with oven door opened. Can be topped with cherries or pineapple when cool.
