PERSIAN LIME PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can Borden's Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1/2 c. (4 oz.) Persian lime juice
8 or 9 oz. Cool Whip
Green food coloring
1 graham cracker pie crust

Combine condensed milk and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Mix until smooth. Add food coloring - perhaps 10 drops. Mix well. When desired color is reached, pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate. Pie should be quite cold before cutting.
