VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. minced onions
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Mix first five ingredients together in a dish. Melt butter and mix with crackers. Pour over top and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 or 20 minutes until cheese melts.
