LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. poppy seed

Mix all ingredients together. Cook in Bundt pan 40 to 50 minutes at 350°F. May top with glaze.

Glaze:

3/4 to 1 c. powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
water
