FRENCH CHERRY PIE TORTE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cans pie filling (cherry, blueberry, peach or apple)

Mix flour, sugar, nuts and butter, by hand, like pie dough. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Crumble while still warm and press back into pan.

Prepare whip as package directs. Add sugar and cream cheese. Beat well and pour into cooled crumb crust. Spread filling over cream cheese mixture. Chill well.
