CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cans minced clams, juice too
9 common crackers, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper

Beat eggs slightly. Add minced clams and juice. Add common crackers that have been rolled or crushed. Add melted butter, milk and pepper. Turn into a quart and a half casserole. Set this into a shallow pan with water in it. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake for 50 minutes.
