CHICKEN SALAD WITH A TWIST 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corkscrew macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use 1/4 cup light mayonnaise)
1/2 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped chicken
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. chopped cucumber
1 med. onion, chopped
Leafy lettuce

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and cool. Combine next 6 ingredients; stir until blended. Add to macaroni, stirring well. Stir in chicken, cucumber, celery, olives and onion. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve salad in a lettuce lined bowl.
