LOW CALORIE YOGURT DRESSING 
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of liquid hot red pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. minced garlic

Put all the ingredients in a jar; cap the jar securely and shake vigorously. Store in the refrigerator. Shake again just before serving. Use to dress sliced cucumber or tomatoes, cooked vegetables, or cold poached fish.
