LOW-CALORIE RANCH DRESSING 
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 (1 inch) piece onion
1/2 clove garlic
2 sprigs fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 packet artificial sweetener
2 peppercorns

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and process on high until smooth. Chill 1 hour before serving. Yield: 2 cups.
