LOW CALORIE SALAD DRESSING 
3 oz. buttermilk
1 tsp. garlic red wine vinegar
1 tsp. toasted onion (dry)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. finely ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in blender for best results. Try lemon juice in place of vinegar and vary spices (tarragon or salad herbs) for taste variations. Equals 1/4 daily milk allotment.
