LOW CALORIE SALAD DRESSING 
Thousand Island
1 (8 oz.) carton lowfat yogurt
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 egg, hard boiled
3 tbsp. chopped dill pickles

Blend and refrigerate for 2 hours.
