CLAM DIP 
1 sm. can minced clams, drained
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (from the regular box, not the tall box)
1/4 lb. butter

Crush crackers into fine crumbs with food processor or with rolling pin. Melt butter. Mix drained clams, butter and crackers; put in baking dish. Bake at 325-350 degrees until hot (about 15-20 minutes). Serve with additional crackers.
