DELUXE APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
1 stick butter

Cut in with pastry blender until crumbly then add 2 egg yolks and 1/4 cup milk, beat and blend.

Spread evenly on foil lined 10 x 15 jelly roll pan and up the sides. 6 to 9 medium apples, pared and sliced thin, put in rows, overlapping them slightly with pointed edges down.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Then add 1 stick butter melted and drizzled over the sugar topping. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes. Bake until crust is golden brown.
