ORANGE-PINEAPPLE BAVARIAN 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. JELLO orange pineapple or orange gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 sm. container COOL WHIP

Drain fruits measuring 3/4 cups of the combined syrups. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add orange rind and measured syrup. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend whipped topping into gelatin mixture. Chill until thickened. Fold in fruits. Pour into 5 cup mold. Chill until firm. At least 4 hours.
