ALMOND ROCA 
1 lb. butter (do not substitute)
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped almonds
1 lg. (8 oz.) bar milk or semi-sweet chocolate

Melt butter. Add sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Cook to 300 degrees, stirring constantly. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. Cool. Melt chocolate bar and spread over cool candy. Sprinkle remaining nuts over chocolate and pat in. When chocolate is set, break candy into bite-size pieces.
