ALMOND TURKEY ROLL-UPS ITALIANO 
Boiling salted water
8 lasagna noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground cooked turkey
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

Drop noodles in boiling water. Return to boil. Cook, uncovered for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain.

In a skillet, melt butter. Saute turkey, almonds and onion. Work in cream cheese, basil, salt, pepper and thyme. Mix well.

Spoon about 1/4 cup turkey mixture onto each noodle. Roll up. Arrange noodles, spirals up, in buttered loaf pan or shallow baking dish. Spoon tomato sauce over. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes four servings.
