MEXICA TURKEY ROLLS 
4 turkey breast tenderloin steaks (1 lbs. total)
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded lowfat cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar red salsa

Lay turkey steaks flat. At one end of each, place 1/4 of the diced chilies and 1 tsp. of the cheese. Roll and fasten with toothpick. Arrange turkey in 8x8x2 microwave dish, so that fold of each turkey portion is facing toward the outside of the dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave for 5 1/2 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, turn once. Drain liquid. Spoon salsa a top turkey. Put cheese on, cooked uncovered on high 2 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
