CHEESE STUFFED TURKEY ROLLS
4 turkey breast cutlets (about 1 lb. total)
1/4 lb. muenster cheese
1 onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dried marjoram
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Salt & pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a baking pan. Chop onion. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in marjoram. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and let melt. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Pound cutlets very thin. Cut cheese into thin slices and arrange over cutlets. Spread cutlets with crumb mixture, reserving 3 tablespoons roll up and put seam side down in pan. Pat with reserved crumbs and drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
