CHEESE - STUFFED TURKEY ROLLS 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dried marjoram
3/4 c. bread crumbs
4 turkey breast cutlets
1/4 lb. Muenster cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a baking pan. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in marjoram. Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and let melt. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Pound cutlets very thin. Cut cheese into thin slices and arrange over cutlets. Spread cutlets with crumb mixture, reserving 3 tablespoons. Roll up and put, seam side down, in pan. Pat with reserved crumbs and drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Bake until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
