HAM AND CHEESE BAKE 
12 white bread slices (crusts trimmed)
2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked (drained)
2 c. chopped broccoli, cooked (drained)
2 c. chopped ham
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 6 slices of bread on bottom of 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Cover with 2 cups Cheddar cheese, broccoli, ham and remaining bread slices, cut diagonally in half. Combine softened cream cheese and eggs, mixing until well blended. Blend milk and seasonings; pour over bread. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Top with a sprig of fresh parsley. Serves 6.
