OVEN FRIED SESAME CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
4 tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 (4 oz.) chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
2 tbsp. soy sauce
no-stick cooking spray

Combine sesame seeds, bread crumbs and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in the soy sauce and roll in the sesame seed mixture. Place the chicken on a baking sheet that has been coated with no-stick cooking spray. Also spray each breast after placing them on the baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes at 450°F or until browned. Turn halfway through cooking time. Do not over cook.

Makes 4 servings, 7 fat grams per serving.
