OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken
2/3 c. dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
nonstick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove skin from chicken. In large bowl, mix bread crumbs with next six ingredients. Dip chicken pieces into mixture, pressing onto chicken. Spray medium roasting pan (14 x 10-inch) with nonstick spray. Place chicken in pan; spray chicken with spray.

Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear.

Serves 6.
