PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 pork chops
1/2 onion, diced
1 can beef broth bouillon
1 can water
1 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. can mushrooms, diced
3/4 stick butter

Brown pork chops in skillet. Meanwhile, put onion and butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and brown in oven. While theses are browning, put water, soy sauce and beef broth in a boiler and heat to boiling. Sprinkle uncooked rice over onion, add the liquids from boiler, then add seasonings. Place pork chops around in casserole. Cover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
