COFFEE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. coffee
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Knox gelatin
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Mix coffee, milk, gelatin, and half sugar; heat in double boiler. Add remaining sugar, salt, and beaten egg yolks. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat; add beaten egg whites and vanilla. Pour into 6-8 individual dishes; chill. Top with whipped cream.
