PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
16 oz. can pumpkin or 2 c. freshly cooked
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. salt
13 oz. can evaporated milk
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine first 6 items. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the mixture. Pour melted butter over top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
