TURKEY DRESSING 
1 stick butter
2-3 c. chopped celery
1 (2 lb.) loaf Pepperidge Farm Bread
1 lb. sausage meat
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4-5 lg. onions, diced
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Bells Poultry Seasoning

Wet bread and crumble into large bowl. Set aside.

Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Add sausage after removing any casing. Break sausage apart while cooking. Add this mixture to bread. Mix when slightly cool. Add egg, poultry seasoning, parsley, and black pepper.

You can stuff turkey or put in casserole dish and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
