CORN PUDDING 
1 (16 oz.) can regular corn mix, drained
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 stick butter
1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter in pan. Mix other ingredients and pour over butter. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees in 13 x 9 inch pan.
