CORN PUDDING 
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the above together except cheese. Pour into ungreased Pyrex dish 13 x 9 inches. Bake 15 minutes then sprinkle with cheese and bake 20 minutes longer. Enjoy!
