BROCCOLI CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
4 chicken breasts
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk or water
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. broccoli flowerets

Cook chicken in butter for 10 minutes. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, milk or water and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low, cover. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
