BROCCOLI RICE CHEESE BAKE 
2 c. Minute rice, cooked
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix together and put in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Salt and dash of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
