ORANGE MERINGUE PIE 
Baked 8" Pie Shell
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/3 cups diluted frozen orange juice
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
Meringue made with 2 egg whites

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix sugar, cornstarch in saucepan. Add orange juice gradually. Stir over medium heat until thick. Bring to a full boil for 1 minute.

Beat half of hot mixture into egg yolks. Beat into remaining hot mixture. Boil for 1 minute, whisking constantly.

Blend in butter. Pour into baked pie shell.

Cover with Meringue, spreading evenly to edges.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until top is a delicate brown.
